4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed upon prior to service commencement. Late payment may result in interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation or standby fee.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all waste presented for collection is accurately described, classified, and packaged in accordance with UK waste legislation. Prohibited or undeclared waste types may result in service refusal or additional charges.

We reserve the right to reject waste that we believe is unsafe, non-compliant, or misclassified.
